Program Monitoring and Review Group visit
From 13th to 18th October, 2008, CAHHF received the first annual review by Program Monitoring and Review Group (PMRG), by one independent international consultant and one Chinese consultant. The PMRG reviewed the strategic direction, management approaches, and process of CAHHF through interview and discussion with relevant stakeholders, and made several key recommendations for future improvements. These include recommendations for monitoring and evaluation of funded activities to better assess their potential for policy impact, testing of capacity development approaches, role in gender and social equity, promotion of China-Australian partnerships and possibility for regional linkages.
